Use of the Program

Account & Access

Access to Project 33 and its resources, including sessions, daily exercises, and supporting materials, is provided upon purchase. By enrolling, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for your purchase and to maintain the security of your access. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs through your access to the program.

Personal Responsibility

Project 33 is a self-guided transformational program created to support your personal growth. However, it is not intended to replace medical, psychological, or professional advice. You are responsible for your well-being, and if you have any medical or mental health concerns, we strongly encourage you to consult a qualified professional.

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:
 • Share, distribute, or resell Project 33 materials, including sessions, exercises, or any program content, without explicit permission.
 • Use Project 33 for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
 • Disrupt, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Project 33 platforms, including Telegram, Notion, or any associated services.
 • Engage in any activity that harms the community experience, including spamming, harassment, or inappropriate behavior within the program’s communication channels.

Fees & Payment

Subscription & One-Time Payments
• The current product is available as a one-time payment, granting you access to the portal for 60 days. You will also retain access to your Notion hub permanently.
• Project 33 may offer different pricing models in the future, including one-time purchases, subscriptions, or premium upgrades. By enrolling, you agree to the pricing and payment structure outlined at the time of purchase.
• Payment must be made in full before accessing the program.

Refund Policy
• All purchases are non-refundable. Upon purchase, you will immediately gain access to all program materials, including the portal, access to Telegram bot, and Notion hub. As such, no refunds will be issued.
• If you encounter any technical issues preventing access to the program, please contact support at info@enterthe33.com

Program Modifications & Termination
 • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Project 33 or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
 • If you violate these Terms, we may terminate your access to Project 33 without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Project 33 and its creators are not responsible for any personal decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from participation in the program.
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Transformation is a personal journey, and success depends on your individual commitment and effort.
• We take full responsibility for any technical issues, interruptions, or delays in accessing the program and will work to resolve them promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content within Project 33, including but not limited to sessions, exercises, branding, and materials, is the exclusive property of Project 33. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the program without explicit written permission.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in Project 33 after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
